Tropical Chia Nicecream Bowl with Lime

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Mamma Chia white chia seeds
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 pack frozen pitaya
  • juice of 1 lime
  • coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Blend 2 tablespoons of Mamma Chia white chia seeds with 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 pack frozen pitaya, and the juice of 1 lime.

  2. Mix coconut yogurt with additional Mamma Chia white chia seeds, mango, and lime.

  3. Top the blended mixture with the yogurt mixture.

Tips

  1. White chia seeds do not change the color of the food they are mixed with, making them ideal for dishes with bright colors like pink dragonfruit.
