Vegan Smoothie Bowl with Frozen Fruits
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 dl frozen pineapple
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- 0.5 dl frozen lingonberries
- A splash of oatmilk
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 1 tsp tropicana powder
- dunaliella powder
Toppings
- cashews
- cashew butter
- lingonberries
- shredded coconut
Preparation
Mix everything in a food processor.
Add the smoothie to a coconut bowl and top it off with cashews, cashew butter, lingonberries and shredded coconut.
The orange on the top is smoothie blended with some dunaliella powder.
Note: 1 dl equals 100 ml.
