Vegan Smoothie Bowl with Frozen Fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 dl frozen pineapple
  • 1 dl frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 dl frozen lingonberries
  • A splash of oatmilk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp tropicana powder
  • dunaliella powder

Toppings

  • cashews
  • cashew butter
  • lingonberries
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a food processor.

  2. Add the smoothie to a coconut bowl and top it off with cashews, cashew butter, lingonberries and shredded coconut.

  3. The orange on the top is smoothie blended with some dunaliella powder.

  4. Note: 1 dl equals 100 ml.
