Vegan Smoothie Bowl with Superfood Toppings
Ingredients
Smoothie base
- 2 frozen bananas
- A splash of oatmilk
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
Toppings
- muesli
- coconut flakes
- cashews
- dried fruit
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Blend the smoothie base ingredients until smooth.
Add muesli to the bottom of a bowl.
Pour the blended smoothie over the muesli.
Top with coconut flakes, cashews, dried fruit, and hemp seeds.
