Vegan Smoothie Bowl with Superfood Toppings

Ingredients

Smoothie base

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • A splash of oatmilk
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder

Toppings

  • muesli
  • coconut flakes
  • cashews
  • dried fruit
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie base ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add muesli to the bottom of a bowl.

  3. Pour the blended smoothie over the muesli.

  4. Top with coconut flakes, cashews, dried fruit, and hemp seeds.
