Vibrant Purple Smoothie Bowl with Tropical Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup soya milk
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend all of the fruit with the milk until thick and smooth, adding more milk if needed but keeping it thick.

  2. Put the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with the seeds, coconut, and any other desired toppings.
