Vibrant Purple Smoothie Bowl with Tropical Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup soya milk
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Preparation
Blend all of the fruit with the milk until thick and smooth, adding more milk if needed but keeping it thick.
Put the mixture into a bowl.
Top with the seeds, coconut, and any other desired toppings.
