Oat, Almond & Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 egg (replace for flax/chia egg ?) 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsps water/veggie milk

Preparation

  1. Mix in all flours with the sugar + egg

  2. Add in the vanilla essence and mix well

  3. Lastly, add in the 2 tbsps of water

  4. Use your hands to form the cookies and transfer them onto a) an oven at 175c or b) a slightly greased pan in minimum heat and cook for 11 mins covered

  5. The topping has a chocolate and peanut butter dip ? who doesn't love this mix? ?
