Oat, Almond & Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1 egg (replace for flax/chia egg ?) 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Vanilla essence
- 2 tbsps water/veggie milk
Preparation
Mix in all flours with the sugar + egg
Add in the vanilla essence and mix well
Lastly, add in the 2 tbsps of water
Use your hands to form the cookies and transfer them onto a) an oven at 175c or b) a slightly greased pan in minimum heat and cook for 11 mins covered
The topping has a chocolate and peanut butter dip ? who doesn't love this mix? ?
