Balsamic Mushroom Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread
  • Avocado
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread.

  2. Sauté the mushrooms with olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar until soft.

  3. Smash the avocado.

  4. Add the smashed avocado to the toasted bread.

  5. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning for extra crunch.
