Vegan Chili Sin Carne

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 dl vegan mince (anamma)
  • 2 cans of white beans in tomato sauce (415g Heinz)
  • 1 can of kidney beans (230g)
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 vegetable cube
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Chop onion and garlic.

  2. Add to a pot with some oil and fry it off.

  3. After a few minutes, add the vegan mince.

  4. Keep frying for another minute before adding the rest of the ingredients.

  5. On with a lid and let the chili sin carne cook on medium heat.

  6. Stir in between.

  7. When you are ready to eat, serve the chili on its own or with some rice.
