Vegan Chili Sin Carne
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 dl vegan mince (anamma)
- 2 cans of white beans in tomato sauce (415g Heinz)
- 1 can of kidney beans (230g)
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes (400g)
- 1 vegetable cube
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Chop onion and garlic.
Add to a pot with some oil and fry it off.
After a few minutes, add the vegan mince.
Keep frying for another minute before adding the rest of the ingredients.
On with a lid and let the chili sin carne cook on medium heat.
Stir in between.
When you are ready to eat, serve the chili on its own or with some rice.
