Vegan Tuna Dip with Seaweed and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • Package of Garbanzo Beans
  • 3 tbsp of Walnuts
  • 2 ribs of Celery
  • Carrot
  • 2 tsp of Vegenaise
  • 2 tsp of Yellow Mustard
  • Sprig of Fresh Dill
  • Sheet of Nori
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chopped carrot and celery in food processor and set aside

  2. Blended all other ingredients until semi creamy

  3. Added back the chopped celery and carrots and pulsed until well combined

  4. Reseasoned with salt and pepper
