Vegan Cherry Kiwi Dessert Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen sweet cherries (about 15)
- 2 tbsp of gluten free granola (oats mixed with maple syrup)
- 3 kiwis
- 1 tbsp gojiberries
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut shreds (unsweetened)
Preparation
Blend the frozen sweet cherries to make the base of the bowl.
Chop the kiwis and mango.
Combine all ingredients together.
Enjoy the dessert.
