Vegan Cherry Kiwi Dessert Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen sweet cherries (about 15)
  • 2 tbsp of gluten free granola (oats mixed with maple syrup)
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 tbsp gojiberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut shreds (unsweetened)

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen sweet cherries to make the base of the bowl.

  2. Chop the kiwis and mango.

  3. Combine all ingredients together.

  4. Enjoy the dessert.
