Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen fruits
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons acai powder

Toppings

  • Chia seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Unsweetened cacao pieces

Preparation

  1. Blend the milk, frozen fruits, frozen banana, and blueberries together.

  2. Add the acai powder and blend until a semi-dense, frozen mixture of intense violet color is formed.
