Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy or almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen fruits
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons acai powder
Toppings
- Chia seeds
- Goji berries
- Unsweetened cacao pieces
Preparation
Blend the milk, frozen fruits, frozen banana, and blueberries together.
Add the acai powder and blend until a semi-dense, frozen mixture of intense violet color is formed.
Optional decorations
Decorate the smoothie with toppings such as chia seeds, goji berries, or cacao pieces.
