Blue Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 8 cashew nuts
  • 3 dates
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, soy etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend everything except for the mango and chia seeds for 1 minute.

  2. In a separate glass add the mango and chia seeds.

  3. Smash it up.

  4. Carefully pour the blue smoothie in the glass and enjoy.
