Blue Banana Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 8 cashew nuts
- 3 dates
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, soy etc.)
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation
Blend everything except for the mango and chia seeds for 1 minute.
In a separate glass add the mango and chia seeds.
Smash it up.
Carefully pour the blue smoothie in the glass and enjoy.
