Easy Vegan Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 packet açaí
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor for 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary.

  2. Top with sliced bananas, fresh mango chunks, blueberries, coconut chips, and golden flax seeds.

  3. Enjoy on this hot sunny day.
