Fall Day Hot Cocoa with Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract (or peppermint oil if you're feeling festive)
Preparation
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally to make hot cocoa.
For Levels 1 and 2, top with lots of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
For Levels 3, top with lots of fresh whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
