Fall Day Hot Cocoa with Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract (or peppermint oil if you're feeling festive)

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally to make hot cocoa.

  2. For Levels 1 and 2, top with lots of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  3. For Levels 3, top with lots of fresh whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
