Pinkish Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana (pink)
  • 3 tbsp frozen Pitaya or Dragon fruit (pink)
  • 3 tbsp coconut water (pink)
  • 1 frozen banana (green)
  • 1 frozen kiwi (green)
  • 3 tbsp coconut water (green)
  • 1 frozen banana (brown)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (brown)
  • 1 medjool date (brown)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (brown)
  • 3 tbsp coconut water (brown)
  • 1 frozen banana (purple)
  • 1 tbsp frozen blueberries (purple)
  • 3 tbsp coconut water (purple)

Toppings

  • Fresh Pitaya
  • Kiwi flower
  • Pomegranate

Preparation

  1. Blend the pink mixture with 1 frozen banana, 3 tbsp frozen Pitaya or Dragon fruit, and 3 tbsp coconut water.

  2. Blend the green mixture with 1 frozen banana, 1 frozen kiwi, and 3 tbsp coconut water.

  3. Blend the brown mixture with 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 medjool date, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 3 tbsp coconut water.

  4. Blend the purple mixture with 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp frozen blueberries, and 3 tbsp coconut water.

  5. Add toppings including fresh Pitaya, kiwi flower, and pomegranate to the smoothie bowl.
