A Refreshing Raspberry and Vanilla Bircher Bowl

Ingredients

  • Last night I put 1/2 a cup of oats, 1 tbsp of chia a seeds, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries and a 1tsp of vanilla extract into a bowl. Added 1 cup of plant based mylk and stirred. Cover and pop in the fridge over night
  • This morning I stirred in 1 dessert spoon of coconut yoghurt added more berries, a tbsp of almond butter and cacao nibs. Enjoyed with a cup of fresh mint tea
