- 2 Tbsp (30g) Vegan Butter
Frosting
- 1 cup (120g) Powdered Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 Tbsp Soy Milk
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt for the dough.
Heat the soy milk and vegan butter until warm, then add to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
Knead the dough for a few minutes and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Prepare the filling by mixing the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with the melted vegan butter from the filling, and sprinkle the sugar mixture evenly over it.
Roll up the dough tightly, cut into individual rolls, and place them in a greased baking pan.
Let the rolls rise again in a warm place until puffy.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush the baked rolls with the vegan butter set aside for brushing.
Prepare the frosting by whisking the powdered sugar and soy milk until smooth, then spread it over the warm rolls.
