Sheet-Pan Meals
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can chickpeas
- - 4 mini carrots (or 2 large ones, cut in half)
- - 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
- - 2 tbsp tahini
- - 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or any GF soy sauce)
- - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- - 1 tbsp oil
- - 1 tsp fresh thyme
- - Dash of red pepper flakes
Preparation
Preheat your @ninjakitchen on air roast (less than 60 seconds)
Toss all ingredients together in a small bowl
Spread out evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet
Roast for 20 min
Pair with rice or quinoa and top with fresh parsley, sesame seeds, and more red pepper flakes
