Vegan Plant Shawarma Kebab Pitta with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Vivera Plant Shawarma Kebab Pieces
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 large tomato or handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2–3 pitta bread

Garlic sauce

  • 1/2 cup vegan Greek soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Fry the Vivera Plant Shawarma Kebab Pieces in an oiled pan at medium heat until cooked and crispy.

  2. While the kebab pieces are cooking, slice the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and chop the lettuce.

  3. Toast the pitta bread and then fill them with veggies and plant kebab pieces. Top generously with garlic sauce.

  4. Mix the garlic sauce ingredients together well and serve drizzled on your kebab.
