Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh/frozen ?1/3 cup blueberries, fresh/frozen
- 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh/frozen
- 1 banana, small, fresh/frozen ?1 scoop vanilla protein ?1/2 cup Coconut milk
- I make sure either banana or strawberries are frozen instead of using ice
- Blend, sip, replenish and enjoy
