Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 50g frozen dragon fruit
- 100ml almond milk
- 1 tsp pitaya powder by @unicornsuperfoods
Layer
- 1/2 dragon fruit
Topping
- fig
- granola
- coconut slice
- edible flowers
Preparation
Blend the frozen bananas, frozen dragon fruit, almond milk, and pitaya powder until smooth
Layer the smoothie mixture with 1/2 dragon fruit in a glass or bowl
Add the toppings: fig, granola, coconut slice, and edible flowers on top
