Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 50g frozen dragon fruit
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder by @unicornsuperfoods

Layer

  • 1/2 dragon fruit

Topping

  • fig
  • granola
  • coconut slice
  • edible flowers

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, frozen dragon fruit, almond milk, and pitaya powder until smooth

  2. Layer the smoothie mixture with 1/2 dragon fruit in a glass or bowl

  3. Add the toppings: fig, granola, coconut slice, and edible flowers on top
