Ingredients
- 2& 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup of oats
- Prob a good dessert spoon of almond & pecan nut butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 1 date
- 150 ml whole mylk
Preparation
Topped with chopped chocolate, pecans and more nut butter
