Ingredients

  • 2& 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • Prob a good dessert spoon of almond & pecan nut butter
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 1 date
  • 150 ml whole mylk

Preparation

  1. Topped with chopped chocolate, pecans and more nut butter

  2. Always a favorite bowl
