Sweet Red Apples , Dates & Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 red grated apples ✔️2 cups rolled oats ✔️3 TBSP white chia seeds ✔️1/3 cup fine chopped dates ✔️1 cup coconut milk ✔️1 cup cold water ✔️1 cup planty yogurt
  • ✔️ toppings: fruits & #kakaonibs & tigernuts from @govindanatur

Preparation

  1. Put the grated apple in a bowl and add the oats, seeds, the dates

  2. Toss together well

  3. Stir in the yogurt, milk and cold water, cover and chill for several hours or overnight

  4. Spoon the muesli into bowls and top with the sliced banana, fruits and remaining nuts- ps

  5. If u wanna have a creamy consistency- u can mix it with another spoon of Joghurt by serving
