Delicious Veggie Tempura with Flavorful Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 cups chopped veggies
- coconut aminos for dip
Preparation
Whisk the dry ingredients and then add the wet, stir until just combined.
Place the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes to keep it cold.
Chop your veggies and lightly steam them if using sweet potatoes.
Prepare frying oil and pan.
Dip each piece of veggie in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Remove fried pieces and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve warm with coconut aminos as a dip.
