Easy Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Ghee
Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Trim the bottoms of about four cups of Brussel sprouts and cut them in half.
Melt 2 tablespoons of ghee and toss it with the Brussel sprouts on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
Cook in an oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes, turning the sprouts with a spatula every 10 minutes.
Enjoy as is, or drizzle with balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, or coconut aminos.
