Easy Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Ghee

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Trim the bottoms of about four cups of Brussel sprouts and cut them in half.

  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of ghee and toss it with the Brussel sprouts on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.

  4. Cook in an oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes, turning the sprouts with a spatula every 10 minutes.

  5. Enjoy as is, or drizzle with balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, or coconut aminos.
