Simple Strawberry Granola Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • a big handful of strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas in chunks
  • 1.5 dl coconut water (can use half coconut milk/half water instead)

Toppings

  • granola with raspberries, strawberries and coconut
  • fresh raspberries
  • pomegranate jewels
  • puffed quinoa
  • edible flowers

Preparation

  1. Blitz the strawberries, frozen bananas, and coconut water in a blender or food processor for a few minutes until silky smooth.

  2. Top the blended mixture with granola, fresh raspberries, pomegranate jewels, puffed quinoa, and edible flowers.
