Simple Strawberry Granola Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- a big handful of strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas in chunks
- 1.5 dl coconut water (can use half coconut milk/half water instead)
Toppings
- granola with raspberries, strawberries and coconut
- fresh raspberries
- pomegranate jewels
- puffed quinoa
- edible flowers
Preparation
Blitz the strawberries, frozen bananas, and coconut water in a blender or food processor for a few minutes until silky smooth.
Top the blended mixture with granola, fresh raspberries, pomegranate jewels, puffed quinoa, and edible flowers.
