Easy Raw Vegan Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package kelp noodles (soaked in warm water and drained)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 2 hours and drained)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Bunch of basil leaves
  • Paprika
  • Fresh black pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the noodles.

  2. Pour the blended mixture over the kelp noodles.

  3. Add paprika and fresh black pepper.

  4. Enjoy your raw Alfredo pasta.
