Chocolate Nicecream with Banana and Toppings
Ingredients
- 4-5 frozen bananas
- 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- maple syrup to taste
- 100-200 ml almond milk
Toppings
- almonds
- cacao nibs
- chocolate bar
- edible flowers
Preparation
Peel and freeze bananas in advance.
Chop the frozen bananas and place them in a food processor.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and almond milk to the food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if the machine struggles.
Spoon the nicecream into bowls and add toppings for extra specialness.
Tips
Adjust ingredient amounts according to taste as there are only a few.
For a simpler version, use chocolate plant milk instead of cocoa powder and almond milk.
