Protein-Packed Pea Spinach Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 banana or mango, preferably frozen
  • 3/4 cup organic apple juice or orange
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed or milled flax seed
