Protein-Packed Pea Spinach Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 banana or mango, preferably frozen
- 3/4 cup organic apple juice or orange
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seed or milled flax seed
Preparation
Place all ingredients together in the bowl of a blender and blend on high until completely smooth
