Thick Acai Bowl Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas (180g)
- 1 packet of açai pulp
- A handful of frozen berries
- A handful of frozen cauliflower
- 20g strawberry soy isolate
- Some water to aid mixing
Toppings
- Frozen mango
- Fresh blueberries
- A spoonful of peanut butter
Preparation
Blend the base ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
