Thick Acai Bowl Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas (180g)
  • 1 packet of açai pulp
  • A handful of frozen berries
  • A handful of frozen cauliflower
  • 20g strawberry soy isolate
  • Some water to aid mixing

Toppings

  • Frozen mango
  • Fresh blueberries
  • A spoonful of peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients in a blender until thick and smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
