Banoffee Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • raw cacao powder
  • a shot of filter coffee
  • vanilla extract
  • heaps of ice
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • water
  • sliced banana
  • hazelnuts
  • hemp hearts
  • chocolate pieces
  • cacao nibs
  • edible florals and botanicals

Preparation

  1. Make hemp milk by blending 1/2 cup hemp seeds with 4 times the amount of water and straining through a nut milk bag.

  2. In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter, 1 cup hemp milk, raw cacao powder, a shot of filter coffee, vanilla extract, and ice until smooth.

  3. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, hazelnuts, hemp hearts, chocolate pieces, cacao nibs, and edible florals and botanicals.
