Banoffee Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter
- 1 cup hemp milk
- raw cacao powder
- a shot of filter coffee
- vanilla extract
- heaps of ice
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- water
- sliced banana
- hazelnuts
- hemp hearts
- chocolate pieces
- cacao nibs
- edible florals and botanicals
Preparation
Make hemp milk by blending 1/2 cup hemp seeds with 4 times the amount of water and straining through a nut milk bag.
In a blender, combine 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon homemade peanut butter, 1 cup hemp milk, raw cacao powder, a shot of filter coffee, vanilla extract, and ice until smooth.
Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl.
Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, hazelnuts, hemp hearts, chocolate pieces, cacao nibs, and edible florals and botanicals.
