Blueberry Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl excluding blueberries, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight or at least 5 hours.

  2. Remove chia pudding from fridge and stir out any clumps, then add in blueberries.

  3. Place chia pudding in dish of choice, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy.
