Blueberry Chia Pudding Breakfast Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups of non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1 cup of blueberries
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl excluding blueberries, stir well, and let sit in the fridge overnight or at least 5 hours.
Remove chia pudding from fridge and stir out any clumps, then add in blueberries.
Place chia pudding in dish of choice, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy.
