Candida Friendly Avocado Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425

  2. Slice avocado in half, take out the pit and some of the avocado in the middle to make enough room for the egg

  3. Wrap the avocado in tinfoil to stabilize the avocado when pouring in the egg and prevent the egg from spilling over onto the pan

  4. Put the yolk in first then add the egg whites (not all of the whites will fit)

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes

  6. Optionally add seasoning and garnish of your choice
