Cinnamon Apple Chips with Walnut Dust
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 green apple
- Parchment paper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Finely grind 1/4 cup walnuts with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon to make walnut dust.
Slice 1 unpeeled green apple thinly using a mandoline or as thin as possible and lay the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
Sprinkle the slices with the walnut dust and additional cinnamon.
Bake for 2 hours, then turn off the oven and leave the chips inside overnight to crisp up.
