Easy Morning Banana Spinach Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ripe bananas
  • handful of spinach
  • chunk of ginger
  • frozen pineapple
  • frozen mango

Preparation

  1. Prepare the smoothie ingredients in advance by placing them in a bag or container and freezing.

  2. In the morning, add the prepped ingredients to a blender.

  3. Add liquid of choice to the blender.

  4. Optionally add a date and spirulina before blending, as they should not be frozen.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. For a tropical twist, you can also add cucumber if available.
