Easy Morning Banana Spinach Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 ripe bananas
- handful of spinach
- chunk of ginger
- frozen pineapple
- frozen mango
Preparation
Prepare the smoothie ingredients in advance by placing them in a bag or container and freezing.
In the morning, add the prepped ingredients to a blender.
Add liquid of choice to the blender.
Optionally add a date and spirulina before blending, as they should not be frozen.
Blend until smooth.
For a tropical twist, you can also add cucumber if available.
