Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Nut Milk of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp of chia seed

Preparation

  1. Combine the nut milk and chia seeds.

  2. Store in the fridge for 6-10 hours.

  3. Stir after an hour or so to prevent separation.

  4. Add desired toppings like fruits and nuts in the morning.
