Energy-Packed Overnight Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Nut Milk of choice
- 2-3 tbsp of chia seed
Preparation
Combine the nut milk and chia seeds.
Store in the fridge for 6-10 hours.
Stir after an hour or so to prevent separation.
Add desired toppings like fruits and nuts in the morning.
