Frozen Banana and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen ripe bananas (sliced before)
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (sliced before)
  • half cup milk of choice (I use almond)
  • 1 big spoon maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Enjoy.
