Frozen Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp alkalising blend or greens powder
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • generous splash of plant milk (almond milk used)

Toppings

  • homemade granola
  • sliced banana
  • goji berries
  • buckinis

Preparation

  1. Blend all main ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add desired toppings on top
