Frozen Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1 tsp alkalising blend or greens powder
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- generous splash of plant milk (almond milk used)
Toppings
- homemade granola
- sliced banana
- goji berries
- buckinis
Preparation
Blend all main ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add desired toppings on top
