Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen mango
  • 2 Tbsp frozen pitaya
  • handful frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pressed coconut water

Toppings

  • kiwi flower
  • blueberries
  • currents
  • raspberries
  • orange wheel

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients until smooth to create the smoothie mixture

  2. Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top of the smoothie
