Healthy Easter Chocolate Smoothie with Carrot
Ingredients
- 1 Small Carrot
- 2 large Dates
- 1 Tsp. of Maca Powder
- 1-2 Tbsp. of Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut cream
- 1 Tsp. of Cashew Butter
- 200ml of coconut milk
Preparation
Put all ingredients into the blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve with a civilized breakfast tea or enjoy in a jar with a long stripy straw.
