Healthy Vegan Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 large scoop vanilla protein
- approximately 1 cup almond milk
Toppings
- banana
- pumpkin seeds
- toasted coconut
- buckwheat groats
- dried pomegranate
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings on top.
Tips
Zucchini adds volume and increases vegetable intake without altering the taste.
