Homemade Chickpea Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2-3 tablespoons garlic
- Half a lemon
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsps water
Preparation
Drain and rinse the chickpeas
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
Adjust seasoning and add water if needed for desired consistency
