Homemade Coconut Butter with Flakes and Oil

Ingredients

  • 4 cups/12oz. unsweetened, unsulfured coconut flakes
  • 2 T organic virgin coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Process in a food processor for about 10 minutes, scraping down sides of tub every few minutes.

  2. Makes about 1 cup.
