Lemon Zest, Ginger, and Passion Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 lemon and its zest
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3/4 cup of filtered water
  • 1 passion fruit

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients except the passion fruit in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.

  2. Add the passion fruit to the bottom of one or two glasses.

  3. Divide the smoothie between two glasses or serve in one big glass.

  4. Enjoy!
