Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 3 handfuls blueberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 spoons ground almonds
  • 3 spoons agave nectar (if you like it sweeter add more)
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • organic cocoa powder as much as you like
  • 1/2 cup 15min almond milk
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla essence (optional)
  • cinnamon if you like a slight spiciness.

Preparation

  1. Mix all above in a mixing bowl and in the oven they go at 200C for 10mins

  2. Poke your knife in and check if the muffins are consistent

  3. The oats by now will have softened from having been soaked in egg and will expand

  4. Leave in the oven until you feel they’re ready
