Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup barley flour
  • 1/2 dark rye flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbl baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup oatmilk
  • 1/4 cup neutral flavor oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbl ground flax
  • 3 Tbl water

Preparation

  1. Mix the flax and water and let sit while you get the other ingredients ready

  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients

  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients (not the flax and water yet)

  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until only some dry spots can be seen

  5. Fold in the flax and water and keep folding until no dry spots can be seen

  6. Let sit for 10 min while you get your griddle or pan ready

  7. Cup scoops of batter per pancake
