Protein Powderless Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup cottage cheese @good_culture (i used 2% fat)
Preparation
Blended using my new @vitamix
Pour onto an already heated skillet with coconut spray for pancakes and or in a waffle iron for waffles!
I topped mine with @thelionschoice edible gingerbread man cookie dough & @official_allamericanbutter gingerbread almond butter with a drizzle of warmed sf maple walnut syrup (heat in microwave for 30 sec) & 50 grams of banana! such a fab combo! use code lexi to save on lions choice & aab!
