Raw Eggless Salad with Organic Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup soaked raw cashews
  • About 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp fresh or dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Pinch of garlic crushed (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of mustard

Preparation

  1. Soak raw cashews in water for 2 hours and drain before using.

  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

  3. Pulse until desired consistency is achieved.

  4. Add more water as needed and scrape down the sides during pulsing.

  5. Serve and eat as desired.

  6. Use organic ingredients for best results.
