Recovery Smoothie with Berries and Protein
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp each pea protein and rice protein powder
- 2 cups ice
