Refreshing Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons oats (soaked overnight in soy milk)
  • 1 frozen pear
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 1 sachet black currant powder
  • Handful of granola

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight in soy milk.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a thick smooth consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.

  3. Transfer the mixture into bowls.

  4. Sprinkle with granola and fresh or frozen fruits, then serve.
