Refreshing Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons oats (soaked overnight in soy milk)
- 1 frozen pear
- 1/3 cup soy milk
- 1 sachet black currant powder
- Handful of granola
Preparation
Soak the oats overnight in soy milk.
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a thick smooth consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.
Transfer the mixture into bowls.
Sprinkle with granola and fresh or frozen fruits, then serve.
