Refreshing Purple Cabbage and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head of purple cabbage
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 onion
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Pinch of black pepper and Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Massage with hands until a bit soft and well combined.
