Refreshing Purple Cabbage and Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head of purple cabbage
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 onion
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Pinch of black pepper and Himalayan salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Massage with hands until a bit soft and well combined.
